VICTORIA SHELLARD
SALON OWNER / SENIOR DIRECTOR
Victoria and her husband Karl founded the company in 2002. Vickie, as she likes to be called, has been a stylist since 1998 she has grown from strength to strength working her way from being a salon assistant to being her own boss. Vickie specialises in Hair Extensions and she is part of the Racoon International Artistic Team, who are the leading specialists in hair extensions in the UK. As part of this team her duties involve teaching at Advanced Hair Extension seminars, styling photo shoots for Your Hair magazine, Hair magazine and the front cover of Hairdresser's Journal. Vickie was one of the Welsh finalists for Redken Tribe 2004 and a UK finalist for Redken Tribe 2005. In her spare time Vickie likes to look for new business ventures and she also likes shopping, eating out and walking her two small dogs.
PIA SEIPP
 SALON MANAGER
Pia is what keeps us all together, she is the salon manager and Vickie's P.A. Most of all though she is the person who is your first point of contact whenever you call or pop in. Pia is always happy to help whatever you need, whether it's an appointment or just some advice. She graduated from Cardiff University in 2006 and has been at Creation since September 2006. Pia is a full time member of staff and she works all week, except Mondays. Her hobbies include healthy living, music and travelling.
SARAH CODY
 SENIOR STYLIST
Sarah has been part of the team at Creation since 2004 and is excellent in cutting, colouring and hair extensions. She is a champion of customer service and her listening skills are second to none. She craves new ideas in fashion and loves to incorporate these into her work. Her hobbies include Aerobics and Holistic Therapies. Sarah is available for appointments Mon 10:00-18:00 / Sat 09:00-16:30.
HANNAH SUTCLIFFE
 STYLIST
Hannah joined us at Christmas 2006 and has been a stylist for over 7 years. Since she has been with us she has gone from strength to strength and is now an expert colour technician and stylist.. Hannah has a bright and breezy personality which is reflected in her excellent communication skills. She loves fashion and shopping and is currently enjoying married life as she got married in June! Hannah is available Fri 10:00-18:00 / Sat 09:00-16:30 and up until Christmas also Wednesday evenings.
NICOLA COLEMAN
 STYLIST
Nikki, as she is called in the salon, has been with us since late 2005 and has moved her way up from being a graduate to a fully-qualified and technically outstanding stylist. She is a colour and cutting technician and has a strong passion for hairdressing. She loves trying new ideas and tackling new challenges. Nikki gave birth to a beautiful baby girl called Sophie-Jayne in October so will be taking some time off. Hannah is helping Nikki with her Clients while she is on maternity leave.
AARON BARRY
 STYLIST
Aaron has unfortunately decided to leave us for the big wide world in London! We wish him all the best as he was great to work with. If Aaron was your preferred stylist then please give us a call so we can recommend another that is best suited to your needs.
